Hi, it’s already the second time i purchase a bundle for 4000 Amazon coins and it didn’t arrive. The bug in question it’s the fact that the transaction goes right, but the bundle never arrive… This Time i buy the “Golden great dark beyond gr1” for 4000 Amazon coins (40 €), in the chronology of my purchase, the bundle are sign like he arrive on my account, but it never arrive … There’s any clue for resolving this problem?
Contact the amazon customer support and get a refund.
What you did first time it happened ?
try contact blizzard first , and only later amazon for refund.
This because i read some players in the past that got the account blocked because they received the content while doing the refund , and since blizzard seems unable to remove the content in a easy way they can block the account till someone manually remove refunded content.
