Thoughts? It just seems the game has moved on from the otk decks that Maly pushes.
If Malygos isn’t breaking the meta then why does he need to be hall of famed? The game’s moved on from Boulderfist Ogre, Chillwind Yheti, Senjin Shieldmasta, and Gruul being included in decks too. Does that mean they should be hall of famed as well?

Has it? Given the potential that some classes have for long, value-focused games (Priest being the best example), allowing combo decks like Quest Warlock seems important to keep these value-centric decks from dominating the meta.
Nah. He hasn’t lost to them yet, so they’re not a problem. 
Quest warlock, such a fun deck to play against, literally sitting there the whole time watching them clear the board and cycle through the deck. its a toss up because they get the combo or not, but it is very uninvolved, very little minion trading. Its extremely passive, and if you say it takes skill to play, its still very passive, its just either you don’t get your combo or you do, and if not, you have the I win cards, zeph and dragonqueen. Its as bad as rez priest and everyone knows it, wannabe pro net deckers

I didn’t say it didn’t, but its no different in playstyle than that deck is.
Let’s think about this. Do any of those cards even remotely get the play time that Maly has since release? If they did similar things you could make an argument but you’re comparing a butter knife to an rocket launcher.

Shame that I can’t say the same about you suggesting Malygos should be Hall of Famed because “the game has moved on from the otk decks that Maly pushes”, which by the way he doesn’t currently. Whatever decks are built around him suck compared to everything else in the meta.
Oh wait! Would other types of OTK decks be better? Like Mecha’thun or Uther of the Ebon Blade decks of previous metas? Is that what you want? Different types of OTK decks instead?
You can troll somewhere else. The thing is those cards rotate out, Maly has been around since release. 
You didn’t answer my question. Do you want other types of OTK decks instead? Do you want to get rid of them altogether? Or are you just salty cos you lost to one? Which is it?
Or are you just asking our opinion out of curiosity? If that is all then no. I don’t see any reason to HoF Malygos. He may not rotate out (until Blizzard decides otherwise). But he doesn’t see much play until some of the new cards allow some OTK combos with him to happen.
I’m fine with new cards that rotate out. Yes, that was the point of the post, to see what everyones thoughts are for a card that’s been around since day one and has seen play ever since.
You make it sound like it’s a bad thing for a card to see play “ever since” day one. Or in this case “every once in a while”, would be more accurate way to say it.
Also isn’t that what we want from Basic/Classic cards? That they’re not utter garbage and do see play every once in a while when new cards make them strong enough?
I know a Mage OTK of Luna’s Pocket Galaxy + Alex + Maly + two Fireballs with some supporting cards

Of course it doesn’t, unless you are in, say anywhere above diamond 10 or 5. At the upper ranks, if something can be abused to win, it will be, until it is either nerfed (nobody really plays egg warrior anymore, and my pure paladin deck is about equal to my galakrond secret rogue deck now). Gotta love the win by turn 5 dh smorc deck, where most normal meta decks don’t have taunts until turn 5. doesn’t matter what happens, as long as its all face is the place, they win

I was playing as Druid and I had Malygos, on the board after I made a copy of Malygos I was about to play swipe for 14 damage in total. Thats Malygos x2 spell damage 5+5+4 But my opponent conceded before I could play the swipe card.
