Itell you exactly what to expect from every class in ranked

because there is literally 0 deck variety anymore past plat/diamond, here you go.

warrior: he;s gonna control you till he drops odin or loses.

lock: hes gonna control you, draw a bunch of cards, drop sargeras, and win

priest: he’s gonna either control you, heal like crazy, or both, drop his titan then win

mage: either brindead mana cheat elementals deck, or braindead card cheat full on discovery deck. they drew all your counters 5 turns prior

DH: hardly anyone plays this class in my experience because you actually have to THINK when piloting this deck

DK: Either a 30 minute game against blood, or a plague dk. one of them isn’t too bad to play. blood is cancer, and you will never convince me its not

druid: either tony or treant deck, which are both cancer. he either has a full board of 4-5 minions by turn 6, or he’s stealing your deck, destroying it, and then giving it back to you turn 7

this game is pure cancer, and this is coming from someone who regularly places above 90% of the casual playerbase in ranked. even MTG doesn’t have power creep THIS fk bad.

and thats not even discussing the state of bgs(made p2w months ago, buy the battlepass or get bad characters), arena, which is full of pos chinese bot farmers selling super deck.

this game is so bad now. i wish i hadn’t spent money on it

ITT; Decks have a game plan that helps them succeed in winning the game.

more like
itt: all of the gameplans in these decks are not interactive or fun to play against at all.

do you have fun when a mage discovers 8 spells in 2 turns, and then is deleting everything you drop until youre dead?

do you have fun when a lock cheats out a 7/7 rush by turn 4, and then by the time you deal with that, drops sargeras?

do you have fun when odyn warrior controls every card you put on the board, until he drops oden, starts armoring up and obliterates you?

i could keep going dude. all these decks are extremely unhealthy, and have very little interactions against them

I enjoy this game if that’s what you’re asking. Sometimes interacting with a deck doesn’t mean bashing minions into each other on the board.

yeah, i enjoy this game too when i actually feel like i had a chance. not when im running into the same 3 copy pasted 60+% winrate decks EVERY GAME.

arcane hunter, tyr pally, sargeras lock, odyn warrior. all extremely unfun win cons to play against.

then youve got mage spawning 60 extra cards in a game. and druid stealing your whole deck and destroying it. or priests also stealing your whole deck(but only the most impactful cards, while removing your whole board, and getting free legendaries from their titan

like the balance of these cards is absolutely atrocious. its a total joke. and the reason you see hunter pally priest warrior and lock at the top right now is because their titans ARE WAY TOO IMPACTFUL

And then he whips out Enrage.

And then he whips out imps.

And then he whips out Shadow.

And then he whips out pure frost.

Imagine if someone ran into a McDonald’s and screamed “are you all enjoying stuffing your mouths with garbage?” I’d probably raise my hand from the back and calmly respond “yes.” And then eat another McNugget.

Mtg doesnt have powercreep this bad?
Dude theres 2 drops in boros/rakdos you HAVE to answer on curve or youre just done.

I’d answer no. None of that seems fun.

Unfortunately, other people probably do find it fun, or they at least find it good enough to keep playing.

-shrug-

Better question would be:

what they find fun?

But with a catch:

No subjective answers.
Good Luck.

If you were asking me, the simplest answer I’d give is I love mid-range decks. I like a deck with good access to each point of the game early/mid/late game. I feel like we’ve lost this type of deck.

Not really.

It was powercrept by decks that do exact the same but summon bigger minions.

People have that strange association of midrange with playing Minions from hand paying the full mana cost.

The most recent iteration of Hunter is the closest we’ve had to mid-range. It definitely touched all points of the game, but it was slightly over-tuned.
