It all face now

I mean, does anyone play one deck that does just hit face all time. Ever match I played in rank all decks try kill with vomit out low end cards rush face. Blizzard like aggro style decks where you’re killed before turn 10 with tone of low end crap.

It’s not blizzards fault that you don’t know how to deal with face decks

Just play an anti aggro deck and enjoy your ride to legend.

Punish them. Do stuff like this:

All these aggro decks are free wins for me.

And again:

back to back to back I’ll face them all day long.

Well, I’m currently playing Priest. I do have a Face Hunter deck, but trolling my opponents with Priest and Albatross is too much fun!

It’s not that lose to face decks, but it all, face in rank your opponent tries to rush down quick as possible.

Sucks for them then. You can easily farm a heavy aggro meta. Do it now before they start to adjust.

do you cry in every meta? nerf shaman, nerf rogue, nerf mage, your whole topic activity is made of nerf topics
btw, i thought you uninstalled the game?

Actually people that prefer late dame decks have their cake and eat it too. There is no way that an aggro deck can actually finish a game early. And with the amount of ways to negate all early game through removal and heal, not being able to close a game means that aggro vs control is so polarized that the match-up will be close to 90% win for control.
It is about time that removal and heal options are toned down significantly because there has not been a real fast meta for quite some time.

Yeah, my daily is to play 12 dragons. My opponent was a Shaman. So lets see, hmm Paladin has the most dragons in my collection fill that up and add some generics…

Shaman gets out totem to draw a card. Plays weapon to make another one of them. Plays Flametongue totem because when doesn’t shaman have this card start?

The killer right off the bat was thee “If your opponent controls a dragon gain +4/+4 and rush.” LOL perfect for a guy who has to play 12 dragons for a daily. Well that’s a 8/8 running loose on turn 3 I think it was. My board was wiped every turn and by turn 7 it was like the very first year of this game.

Shammy has full board of minions. What happens next with Shammys?

BLOODLUST!

5 years of the same old same old.

I got to play 4 dragons. 8 more to go. I am up against a Priest now that drop what on turn 1?

Correct Northsire Cleric. Priest has a full board picking off my minions as I put them out. Trying to get this Quest done. So exciting I tell ya. Bored to tears when it comes to doing dailys in the game in casual against tweaked to max current Tier meta decks.

Yep, drops Kronx Dragonhoof on turn 10 and emoted how powerful he is. Forgot to Squelch em =P

Face is the Place. Trade? No No No. Face? Yeah Yeah Yeah. SM Orc, me rank 1.

I just beat pogo rogue what I’ve had not seen in a long time in meta special rank.

Not true at all. Priest was/is still considered the absolute worst class right now on all websites. Furthermore, other late game decks that aren’t priest are getting eaten alive by aggro. Aggro is king right now as it stomps so many other types of decks - other than anti-aggro priest ones…which is EXACTLY what priest is designed to do.

You must not be paying attention to current stats. Aggro isn’t just finishing games early, they are doing it often. So much so, that a major portion of the meta right now IS aggro.

That’s EXACTLY what CONTROL means. It’s controlling the board. In doing so, it is sacrificing other things like an early board. Control is like counter punching in boxing. Counter punchers rely on people to swing wildly. The downside is that sometimes you get behind and sometimes a knockout blow comes through. It’s a chance you take.

You’re likely just mad because you’re playing aggro right now.

Healing and removal is easily countered right now. The problem is that no one wants to sacrifice the parts of their deck to put the tools in. They just want to smorc smorc smorc.

Solution!

As Schyla points out Moy this is the weakest Control has been since KoFT. Right now the balance between Control and Aggro, in my honest opinion, is about right.

I play Zoolock and I can overwhelm a Control deck with a good hand but the Control deck has a good shot as well. As Priest if I stabilize I win; however, I’ve been burned down as well when I get a bad hand (I haven’t played Zoolock with Priest yet but as the Zoolock player I’d have a shot if I could overwhelm before turn 9 I think.

The Aggro vs. Control matchup seems in balance right now imhol.

So? Why is that a less viable strategy than letting your opponent have enough time to play a 7 mana card that summons 4 8/8s with rush and a 5/2 weapon?

Blame Galakrond Shaman, that’s the sole reason everyone’s trying to win ASAP before it can get out of control.

Would nerf shaman Galakrond up to 8 or 9 manna slow deck down more. That or still keep it the same manner, but change the battle cry to summon 2 8/8 and weapon however remove the rush.

Omg these between these face hunters and these shaman I literally just roll my eyes.

I don’t hate what’s going on but it’s like just wasting my time trying to be strategic when oh look whatchamacallit shudderwock here. Dropping crazy lineups you already spent the last half an hour diligently fending off, right at your door. Done deal. What do I respond d with ? I could pull out four 10/10 and they’d still kill them and then kill me.

Haha I mean is it not eye roll? Same with these hunters. Raise your hand if you literally debate even using your cards moves with the same three secrets always out somehow. Like oh cool. Another trap.

Idk. I wouldn’t mind but often these silly eye roll cards just … make me shake my head because they allow people to have very little skill. There should be more of a trade off

Face decks did not show up in years and still there’s a retarded dude saying “BlIzZaRd lOvE aGgRo”.
Dude, please grow brain cells. I heard it can be useful.

Hard to blame Shaman. Between r5-L, according to Vs, it is sitting at ~10% play rate while Rogue is sitting at ~20% play rate. Both decks are best answered by aggro but, obviously, if you look at the play rate data ROgue would be pushing the trend harder.

Comparison:
Hunter ~25%
Warrior ~22%
Warlock: ~8%

I can’t see the archetype breakdown on the free tracking from Vs (or HSR for that matter).

Countering aggro is easy, I prefer it that way.
