In two games I have cast “Elemental Inspiration” after perviously casting multiple spell schools; however, both times, the minion was only summoned with one effect (a 4/5 minion with windfury the first and a 4/5 minion with stealth the second).
You get 1 Vortex for each spell school you casted. And each Vortex gains 1 single random bonus effect.
