I’ve encountered a bug in the new Arena mode. Today I noticed that I was placed directly into the Underground Arena, when I should have started in the regular Arena.
Since this arena costs more (2 tickets), I had to spend money to enter and be able to play. After speaking with a friend, I realized that I never had access to the standard Arena, where you need to achieve 5 or 7 wins before unlocking the Underground Arena.
I tried logging out and back in, but I’m still stuck in the Underground Arena and can’t change it. I’d really appreciate it if you could help me switch back to the standard Arena, as I’m currently not ready for the difficulty of the Underground one, and it costs me two tickets every time.
