Since the recent patch I have been unable to play. Game is extremely slow and freezes. I have tried the scan and repair function like the moderators bring up in the bug forums, but it was without success. Since they don’t answer anything on the forums is there a way to contact them?

What do you need to do?
- In the Blizzard cloud, select “Delete Hearthstone”;
- In the Blizzard cloud in Hearthstone in the settings. Find the “Reset settings” function.
- Install Hearthstone again.
- In Hearthstone itself, in the settings, set the minimum video requirements. Remove animation.
edit: stupid post as i told you to try something you already said you’ve tried.
You can open a ticket in your account through the blizz website.
I would suggest just unistalling, run a clean up on your device, clear all your junk files amd folders and re install and see how that works. Also check for out dated drivers. That got me last year.
