Is recurit warrior playable in wild?

Was wondering if this deck is playable and has favorable match ups. Warrior is my favorite class and with only rush warrior remaining competitive in standard,I want to move to wild. Would N’zoth control warrior be a better option than recurit warrior.

I don’t think it could ever be super competitive in wild. If you’ve never really played wild, give it a shot at the low ranks. The deck could be kinda fun for awhile ranking up. But believe it has no chance to hit legend sorry.

I dunno if he still posts on the forums but on the old ones a guy named osumatthew (sp?) Played Warrior extensively in wild an could be the main guy to find to see how control/recruit did in wild.

Bomb Warrior coming out might make a good splash for control warrior in wild. Might give you some degree of hope.

A lot of things are playable. That’s the best part about wild. You see some of the same decks more often, but there’s a lot of variety. Not everything is really good, but you can find enough success to have fun with so many different archetypes.

Control Dead Man’s Head Warrior with Mechs, Nzoth, and Boom or Pirate Warrior are the only remotely competitive decks in wild ladder. Unless someone brings a new deck to the table, I would say Rush Warrior is not viable.

Last time Rush Warrior was listed in HSReplay Wild, it had literally the highest winrate of all Warrior decks, so nope.

Rush Warrior is viable, the problem is Wild playerbase is too small and available card collection is (too) huge. Rush Warrior is also very expensive to craft.

I don’t play much Wild, but I did played against a Recruit Warrior as a Spell Hunter in Wild mode.

He won too, but I find it a strange deck tbh. He ran Woe-cleaver + Gather 2 Party + Y’Shaarj + Varian and lots of Legendaries. Perhaps 50% of his deck was an 8+ drop.

I can imagine that Recruit Warrior smash Mill Rogues and other Fatigue decks. But I cannot imagine Recruit Warrior winning from Big Priest. It’s just best at cheating out big minions.

Then again, I don’t play much Wild. I did play Mecha’thun Warrior, N’Zoth, Rush Warrior, Dragon Warrior.

If I order the powerlevel: 1. Rush Warrior 2. Mecha’thun 3. N’Zoth 4. Dragon Warrior.
