I have recently played Ras Frostwhisper, and when I play him with a spell damage minion, he still only does 1 damage to the board and enemy hero, no matter how many spell damage bonuses I have.
gotta be neutral spell damage boost…barren cards boost are to specific type of spells…Ras has no type…so only cards that were print b4 Barren will affect him as they are all neutral type…at least for time being…i dont think they will rework the old spell dmg cards but i dont wanna jump to conclusions
