Is overplanner the best neutral of the set? (Besides Marin)

This card seems like solid utility for a lot of classes. I can see how it would help a lot with consistency for Reno decks(especially priest)

You can also play it right after Marin to guarantee high wand value.

Its also just solid to play on curve to ensure a solid mid game.

One of its strengths is you can play it 1 or 2 turns before you want to tutor a specific card too

that card is amazing i want to see what i can pull with it in wild too

for example the draw a card and change its cost to 5 one i( cant remember its name )

Yea its not super flashy or anything
Its just really good at what it does do and provides synergy with a lot of different draw effects as well as consistency to decks that want it
