How can you hear multiple cries against handbuff pally, asteroid shaman, elemental mage etc and then actively play them? It was like a psychological horror story the days before christmas up to now. Every single game was these guys save a couple le rogues who had no idea what they’re doing and some meme hunters w telltale secrets.
I boasted a strong 3% winrate against elemental mages and something like 20% against shaman. meanwhile after losing 6 straight to pallys i just conceded every march thereafter when the lifesteal rush tiger mini thing gets played.
Who even actively enjoys netdecking this hard? Give any gamer 40minutes to learn this game then give them handbuff pally and i’d get beaten every time!
I remember back in like 2016 i was raging against netdeckers and to this day i never understood why anyone would just copy some streamers deck let alone 60,000 + people / making the entire class based around one deck???
But its silly because its a card game so how could i be angry at people using different decks but like holy moly make your own. Also the misconception that home made decks cant perform well is crzy

Simple: most people like to win competitive games.
And if your crappy homebrews won too, you wouldn’t be posting this, so don’t pretend they’re any different from you.
It’s not crazy, it’s reality. Most people aren’t as good at deckbuilding as the best deckbuilders in the world, so most people’s decks aren’t as good as their decks. And it’s always going to be easier to share a deck concept than it is to find something new that the best deckbuilders haven’t found yet. Even back in the MTG days when the “net” was new, and not everyone had it, all it took was losing to a deck once to figure out that it was a strong deck.
This is a battle that was whined about and lost 30 years ago. Grow up, stop whining, and don’t expect success to be handed to you just because you want to be different.
If you don’t have the skill to be a top deckbuilder, your decks will lose to those made by people who do. And they should, too.
I think it is. There have been some nonsensical nerfs in Wild that made me quit Hearthstone.
And you are here still why?
No. Never has been, never will be. If you want that much control over what other people play and how they play, stick to single player games.
Didnt read a single word big guy
Keep playing decks made by some 33 yr old swedish streamer . God forbid you make one yourself. Im top 50 legend with homebree
Didn’t have to, scrub.
Not with a 20% win rate you’re not.

Not everybody netdecks some people can look at cards and put two in two together.
Also, sometimes they might play against a deck they like and try making something like it.
Either way, they slowly spend the time critiquing the deck next if it’s something they enjoy and eventually come to a similar outcome.
Some people even take a netdeck an use it as a template and then slowly put their own spin on it after.
Both these are reasons why there are different versions of decks.
Netdecking essentially just saves time.

Handbuff paladin is a loaner deck, it’s free and it does work at the current meta
The problem described doesn’t sound like netdecking is the issue at all. If you’re losing a ton of games against handbuff pally, asteroid shaman, and ele mage, maybe the problem is…blizzard’s bad balancing with regards to those archetypes. Blaming players for the game’s balancing doesn’t make any sense.

Players have been copying decks of other players since the creation of CCG’s.
Blaming blizz is too easy, why are the players spamming these decks innocent?
Well, as someone who plays all 3 of the main paladin decks currently. Because I enjoy paladin, same reason I play DeathKnight in all forms.
Yeah I think me and others like me are innocent. Also I tend to use the stronger architeypes more cuz I’m climbing ranks.
Because learning isn’t a crime.
Playing paladin or shaman or mage is a crime moron
That’s a third of the classes in the game.
Be real.
I am so curious why? Are they a crime to play when they are bad?
No, it’s only using them to beat his precious snowflake decks that is bad.
He’d be whining about losing to other classes if they were good instead (but really though…even mage? lol).
Dude my dad works at blizzard i suggest u knock it off and stop fkn playing paladin
