Or is she still locked down due to Covid?

I really want to unlock her, but it’s a lot of work to make some extra accounts and log them all in on various devices. I think I have, 4? My PC, Laptop, Tablet, and phone. I could also do some Android emulation stuff.

I can kick that can down the road if it wouldn’t do anything though.

I unlocked her because she was temporarily available in the shop. You could just wait until that happens again.

Alternatively, you can now craft certain heroes for large amounts of gold (Lunara, Alleria, Magni and some others).
