for ex. if i have freezing trap up and i play hysteria. will it trigger?

No. Secrets are enemy turn only (mostly).

Not in the way you’re thinking of.

Rigged Faire Game, Competitive Spirit, and Open The Cages all trigger at the start of the owning player’s turn if the conditions are met, but there are no Secrets that can remain active during the owning player’s turn.

So, Hysteria can’t trigger Traps, Unseen Saboteur can’t proc a Dirty Tricks, Ice Block can’t stop a Fatigue kill, Cheat Death doesn’t trigger if your own minion dies on an attack you initiate, etc etc etc.

Ice Block DO trigger on your turn.

Ice Block does not trigger on the Mage’s turn. You can kill yourself (say, via fatigue damage) even with Ice Blocks active.

One small thing: Rigged Faire Game actually triggers at the end of the opponent’s turn. That’s why the draw from Faire Game doesn’t trigger Shenanigans. And allows this interaction with Ysera Portals from DoD:
