Warrior is literally the worst class right now.
They should get reworked but buffed in that sense man not nerfed lol

There is exactly ONE Warrior deck that is good but most cannot play it correctly in this meta. Itās also an extremely boring deck to play as it does exactly one thing and one thing only ASAP. That deck would be Odyn Warrior.

True, though kinda funny that āASAPā for warrior means to first use an 8-mana card. Fitting since for the longest time the class was playing extremely time-wasting Reno decks.
iām with you on warrior being toxic. If I have been playing for a while and come across highlander warrior I will sometimes just concede and be done for a while. and itās not that I canāt win the matchup, itās that I donāt want to invest the time into winning the matchup. about only issue with warrior that iād like to see go away is boomboss.
i disagree with this somewhat. iāve come across some new players recently and talked to them. and they absolutely hate the design behind boomboss, as do I, let warrior have odyn, but lets not let them delete the opposing players hand deck and board in one card

Thatās exactly how a control mirror used to end. Why not just have a way to make sure you donāt have to play out the 20 turns to achieve the same outcome?
Yes, lets just let one deck, in one class be the late game overlord and give no other late game decks a decent chance with the ultimate, late game i win card. Though this isna as true in the current meta as it was in past.

Game will forever feature broken decks that beat the majority of anything the non-paying person can put together. This will NEVER change.
I know warrior isnāt good at the top ranks, but I enjoy slower decks and I face warrior after warrior after warrior. Itās just so frustrating to keep running into these decks that just lock out all fun with little counterplay unless I play extreme agro, which is a deck type I donāt enjoy playing.
Subpar winrate and also the only deck warrior has right now.

I just want context. Not even saying youāre wrong. I just donāt know in which context you are correct.
It sees play at top 200 legend by a few players that can consistently play it correctly against the limited meta there. I would imagine warrior still sees some play at other levels of rank because that might be their favorite deck or only deck they have.
The most common deck is Odyn Warrior though because you can generate 80+ armor before turn 8 and drop the OTK on turn 8+ depending on the draw and/or the type of Odyn deck you play. I imagine the Reno version is seeing a resurgence because Highlander decks are better in this meta.

Honestly you may be right. My sole contention with that other guy was the lack of contextual clarification when he said:

Well, Dallaen was right when he said dedicated players still play Reno Warrior, he was only wrong about how much - apparently, 5,5% Reno vs 1,5% Odyn
Iām very glad to see those are viable, albeit not if you plan on ranking up seriously xD
We were afraid of a Reno Warrior ramping, but so far all I see is afk warriors dying before they could play any of their āI winā cards, except sanitize.
But there has to be a threat to take care of control-oriented bullies like Reno Druid when they dare to challenge the meta, like itās doing now. For that, Warrior comes in handy and serves as the ultimate equalizer which further balances the meta and diversifies it.
Also, I enjoy smacking that face to take revenge for all the times it had 40+% playrate in top 1k and did the same to me LOL
