The game crashes almost every time I attempt to buy packs from the Shop. I can get to the Packs menu, but it crashes when I push the button to select a given pack. This has been happening for weeks.
The game also crashes randomly when I’m turning pages in My Collection. Generally, it only happens after I’ve scrolled through a bunch of pages. This problem has been happening for months, but it occurs less consistently than the recent Shop bug.
iPad Air 3; iOs 15.6.1
iPad also constantly crashes when you scroll in collections.
Follow-up: I noticed that my iOs hadn’t been updated in a while, so I brought it up to date AND deleted and reinstalled HS. Didn’t help.
This morning, it crashed in the Shop when I touched the Hero Skins button. I restarted the game and managed to buy a few packs, but it crashed again as soon it confirmed the purchase.
This has been going on for awhile. Is anyone paying attention?
Same Here! Shop Crashes constantly im Not able to even get to the Mini Sets!!! Crashes everytime when i Press the Minisets Button.
And If you scroll your collection or you want to build a deck it Crashes pretty often too. Very Frustrating.

Funny, the shop does not work anymore, blizzard not in hurry to get any paying customers??
Hearthstone is so buggy nowadays anyway that the problems are not in the user side. Cardbacks crash 100%, now shop 100% of logins. Every standard game crash, if you play more than 15 rounds. Etc. Etc.
If you want to see Some weird gameplay, try Some on the oldest Sets in wild…
I stopped playing wild, its simply POS buggy.

Same problem, I’ve just started playing again after a year or two off, and I’m unable to buy any packs. Disappointing, I was looking forward to playing again but the reward track is now the only way I can get new cards
Game as iOS are up to date. Shop and my Collection crashing all the time. @blizzard can u pls fix it?

Also not sure if anyone else has this Issue with the game crashing on iPad while in the middle of playing a battleground. It crashes a minimum of 1 time but can be up to 3 times total during the run.
Same here. Opening the shop immediately crashed the app for me 100% of the time. Dont even have time to scroll or anything at all.
Store crashes only in some section.
When opening shop, if I don’t switch from the star to the hearthstone star or corwn or axe or shards it will crash. Also crashed when selecting hero skins. I’ve got a free Tyrande teasing me that I can’t even claim because it crashed after a few milliseconds. Please FIX IT
