I tried to play it stronger hardver like ipad pro… Yet still the game is crashing in random gameplay. So annoying… Fix this please!

Fix this blizzard f+++ ive been playing since the game came out supported your platform.for 15 + years on other games and still you guys f+++ around fix this or im quitting for good how hard is it pathetic

They obviously don’t care. They have kids for developers now. Why would they care about this game? They didn’t help build or develop it, they inherited it. This is the slow death that we all knew was coming…

I’d say it crashes between every game and every other game. And every time I go to the shop.
Guess who won’t buy anything from blizzard, because he can’t? This guy.
Well, the shop crashing AND that blizzard clearly doesn’t care enough to even respond, acknowledge, or fix this. Hot garbage.

Came here to report the exact same thing that has been going on for months (unexpected game crashes and/or trying to navigate the shop).
But also to add, that this first started happening on my old iPad 7th gen. After switching to a new iPad (9th gen) I was hoping the issues would go away but unfortunately they remain. Only mentioning this because I saw some suggestions for a hard reset - well the new iPad was completely brand new so…

This happens pretty much every game now on iOS. It’s unplayable and inexcusable. Clearly there is no care at all about this, and no communication.
I won’t spent a penny on this game or any other activision blizzard product until this is addressed and resolved, and you shouldn’t either.

Please fix this bug. When you play a game for a few minutes, it crashes. Have to restart the game and then i resumes again. Im a software developer, i really dont understand that you wont fix this bug. Just buy a ipad or iphone and install the game and you see.

After the latest patch it even got WORSE cant play a single game without crashing. This appliacation should be banned or make notice anyone whos paying for its unplayable.
Im going to report it to Apple too.

If this is a Windows game, make it a Windows game. If it’s an Android one, make it so.
But if you pit it on App Store, and claim the same experience like the other users, own it.
Because some of us play this from the moment Battlegrounds appeared, we crushed mouses out of frustration, and we appreciate this game.
For some of us, you s***heads, it was the only thing that distracted our mind from a failed engagement.
You should appreciate that, and take some responsibility and fix this crap.

When will there be a fix for this bug? I really dont understand this. I think you are losing alot of ios players because this is so frustrating. When will this be picked up as a bug? I play the game on a windows pc now. Even there sometimes things are broken.

My ipad mini 5 has 3GB memory, and it still crash time by time
All I can do is not to play it on ipad for avoiding time and money waste

Just crashed on a pivotal turn, logged back in at the end of the rope. Thanks for turning a win into a loss. You fail at coding. Let me turn off the endless animations if that would help.

Me2. Every game is used to be automatic crash one to three time in my iPad. It is annoying. Can someone fix this bug please

Same issues here. I hope with each update to iOS or Hearth that the issue resolves but it’s seemingly getting worse. iPad 10th gen, latest OS, crashes 3 times during a single game of battlegrounds. Unplayable.

Still happening……Every match or attempt to build a deck or attempt to buy something from the shop. Constant crashes. My iPad is new and has 24GB space. It almost seems as if they don’t want us as customers. I am at the point of no longer playing.

I wrote many many letters to support, with results of my testing. I did everything what i could. Reinstall, new account, ios upgrade… and so on. But the answer always is a nonsense automatic e-mail, or some basic advice, like reinstall. My last game crashed more Than 20 times!!! It is not annoying, not frustrated, it is UNACCEPTABLE!!! I spent lot of money for this game for years! Like others here, and NOBODY WANT TO HELP US SERIOUSLY! I played all Blizzard games from when i Was child, i adore all of your games, your world everything. I Was your one of your biggest fan. I don’t deserve this, we don’t deserve this… You should think about this. I hope sdy will read this who is really intrested in solve our problem.
