The epic portrait of the Battlegrounds hero Jailer Deathwing is not animated. (It’s the level 11 reward from the current Battlegrounds season pass).
It’s the 12th reward and it’s a rare skin, I don’t see where it’s stated that it should be animated ?

In the Battlegrounds portrait collection, Jailer Deathwing is listed as an epic portrait, and all epic portraits are animated. However, the Battlegrounds season pass labels it as a rare portrait.

Similarly, the level 10 reward, Sleeping Ysera, is marked as rare in the season pass but appears as an epic portrait in the collection.
Also the malevolent jailer is described as epic, though is legendary
Ysera and Jailor are Rare. The description is wrong because the official (update) Hearthstone website say that both are rare.
- Several hero portraits from the Battlegrounds season pass 7 were initially misclassified – some were labeled as rare despite being animated, while others were marked as epic despite lacking animation. The team has since made corrections, but some discrepancies still remain.
- After patch 30.0.2 (July 26, 2024), the hero portraits for Jailer Deathwing, Sleeping Ysera, and Tengu Teron are now correctly described. However, Malevolent Jailer is listed as legendary in the season pass and has a golden legendary frame, but in the collection, it is still described as epic.
