In-game shop closed

Hi, I’ve been working on resolving this with Support team for days, all started with transaction that went from my bank account but wasn’t recieved in game (got my money back) since then the shop is closed for days. I had parental control on my account but it was removed, I was advised to report this as something support team have no way to resolve.

In-game shop is closed in both devices I use, iOS app and PC, I can still access money-paid offers through Battle.net shop and buy them successfully, however in-game shop is closed. I tried reinstalling the game, logging back etc.

Anyone else have this issue or hopefully know any solutions?

I can’t believe this issue has still not been fixed. Same issue here for months now. I run Windows 10 here.

It started for me like 2 weeks ago, was hoping for some patch to fix it with no luck yet.

Oh, I thought it was only closed for people who played on macs.

My store in the hardstone game has been closed for a month, I play from an android phone.

Have you tried loggin in and out of battlenet that might help :slight_smile:

I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled both battlenet and hearthstone twice and have logged in and and out of both, still nothing :confused:

Try sending a support ticket maybe that can help.

I have many they ran out of ideas. They said to wait for a new update.
It shows there is supposed to be a patch for pc and mac coming it doesn’t saytheyy are fixing android so I’m just running on hope

Nothing has changed after today’s update, the store has been closed and remains closed…

Yep, they only patched the pc and mac bug but left us mobile players out of the mini set. After two patches. Let it be known, let it be heard

I already forgot that there is a store in the game, and you can buy sets of cards, the last set that I bought, I will tell my grandchildren about it.
