A. What happens when you resurrect a Titan? Do you get to use its ability?
B. What happens when you copy and summon a Titan ? Any difference from A?

The stickied thread at the top of the page explains basically all of this:
But to answer your questions:
A. If you resurrect a Titan, it will have all three of its abilities available, and you can use one right away.
B. If you copy a Titan already in play, it will only have the abilities that the original hasn’t used yet. But you can use one of its remaining abilities immediately.
Except for Sargeras right?
He’s the only titan that needs to be played to activate his abilities, that’s that people have been saying anyway.
The issue with Sargeras is that his abilities are all tied to the portal that he summons via Battlecry.
If you don’t have a Portal, his abilities do nothing.
But if you copy him and have a portal, most if not all of his abilities should probably do something. However, I did see someone in another thread say that each Portal is tied to the copy of Sargeras that summoned it, so there may be a lot more weird things going on with him, and his abilities may not (all) work.
I haven’t had a chance to test this myself, but I did see a Sargeras summoned from hand have to use abilities that did nothing since he had no portal during the theorycrafting streams.
