There will be a new whizbang with 11 mystery decks.
Hearth Stonebrew is the Innkeeper card for the 10 year celebration, and he replaced your hand with a random iconic one from the past. The mage hand has ice block.

and they fixed a bug recently
it wasnt giving players the mage one
and was giving shuderwock one twice as much as it should
i read somewhere they are going to fix it to give unnerfed version of some cards too

It’s not really that strong in standard as far as I can tell. I got the Patron Warrior one. That one is mega busted. You basically get a free OTK.

I think it’s fine tbh. There are going to be outlying circumstances of course. One ice block is fine.

I am glad they made a new version so people can enjoy it like so many enjoyed the previous one.
I do not anticipate that it will be a particularly competitive card, but it will surely spice up play time.
No, it wont be strong at all. Just like the mana wyrm reversion. They waited until the card was irrelevant.
Yeah, ice block was only ever problematic when put into a deck that’s going to OTK you as it basically just offers an extra turn to do so.
The mage hand you get isn’t all that spooky when it comes to having an ice block.
Patron warrior’s however…

It replaces your hand with a hand from days past. Its random which cards you get but you get a synergistic hand from an old deck. Could be something like cube lock with demons and ooze, libram paladin package, patron warrior or the old mill druid with togwaggle, armor cards and naturalize.

How many hands does Harth randomly offer? 14? Something like that?
So it’s a 1/14 chance, off a single other card, to get a single copy of Ice Block, which you can MAYBE rewind.
This… really isn’t a problem.
