I bought a pass through mobile, but the money is gone and the payment is completed, but there is no product

What specifically did you buy?
Battlegrounds purchases are usually unlocked as you proceed along the rewards track. They are not awarded immediately.
Same problem for me. I purchased the new expansion Reward Track Tavern Pass via mobile just now. Payment completed, but rewards track remains locked.
I fully closed and re-opened the game and it is still locked. I went back to to where you buy the tavern pass to see if it would recognize the purchase then and unlock the track for me.
Google recognized that “You already own this product.” and sent me back to the game, at which point the game showed an error dialog in the pass purchase window instead.
The window says “Purchase failed. Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again later.”
After closing that dialog/window, the rewards track is still locked.
8 Hours later, finally got to open Hearthstone on my PC at home, still showing the Rewards Track as locked, not granting me access to my $20 purchase.
Missing out on the initial 10% bonus EXP is part of that purchase that I am not getting access to.
