Yes but what would that do in this deck? nothing because the rest of the cards dont have any synergy, this is what i ment with " random " in fact ill play 3 games with the rogue list i just posted and ill post the results

So 0/3, token DH into combo hunter into ramp druid.

The hunter messaged me to say my deck sucked.

I was doing ok against druid until they played the onyxia card.

My results with the rogue list:
(Obviously ill concede as soon as i can see what deck enemy is playing)

First game: elemental shaman ( non existant normally )
Second game: Mech mage ( popular deck )
Third game: Token dh ( popular deck )
Fourth game: Quest dh ( non existant deck )
Fifth game: face hunter ( non existant deck )
Sixth game: Quest warlock ( non existant deck )
Seventh game: ? warlock first cards played peon and watch post

So i didnt face a druid or quest warrior in any of these games

Back to my regular ramp druid list:

First game: switcheroo priest ( real deck )
Second game: Token dh ( real deck )
third game: Elemental shaman ( non existant deck )
Fourth game: Pirate rogue ( real deck )
Fifth game: Mech mage ( real deck )

Okie dokieā€¦ youā€™re totally moving the goalpost here. TheBrawler did as you suggested. They did not have the same results you proposed they would. Myth busted.

First, it was that off-meta decks should have the results you report. Now, itā€™s that the off-meta deck isnā€™t off-meta enough? Cā€™mon.

Low legend rank, with normal decks its only druids and dhs and mages

If you truly believe matchmaking is being manipulated in the way you suggest, Iā€™d like to ask you: why do you play Hearthstone? I am asking sincerely, because if I believed that thereā€™s no way Iā€™d play this game.

People generally only play meme decks at low legend though

Thereā€™s only so many times you can draw Reno two preps and a sleepy dragon and not feel silly.

Matchmaking doesnā€™t match decks; it matches players, based on wins & loses.

Actually, it matches players based on MMR or Ladder Rank. Not directly on wins/losses. And not on deck choice.

Unfortunately, I believe you.

I made my deck with nothing but 8 cost minions, but I only cared to play 3 times.

Quest Warrior
Shellfish Priest
Mech Mage

Then I gave up.

Iā€™m still going to say that, ā€œquite oftenā€ when I make meme quest decks, I see meme opponents.

13 games between the 2 of us is not a good sample.

Iā€™m basing my comments on 6 years of playing.
