I lost one copy of the golden "Azerite Chain Gang"

i lost one copy of the golden “Azerite Chain Gang”,
i finished a gameplay achievements (play 200 cards with Quickdraw) and unlocked the uncraftable card “Azerite Chain Gang”.
by the * Ticket the Game Master told me "I checked your card collection and verified that ‘Azerite Chain Gang’ is available. So if you can’t find it with that name, it’s probably a visual bug.

Is it just me, or is Hearthstone customer support useless most of the time?

Although maybe that’s not fair, because we usually don’t see the times when they were actually able to help.

What’s fait is to call them useless, or at least how they’re managed, to send players make their reports on the forum instead of having a direct communication between the support and dev team

Support should gather the clues the player has about the bug, indicating them what and how to get relevant footage if required, then communicate that to the dev team.
It shouldn’t be on the player to post on the forum for that bug to be known by the devs
