I just logged in today into hearthstone, the moment i entered the game, i wanted to build a specific deck. As i clicked the “my collection” tab , i found that all the heroes in my deck are incomplete. cards missing and lost.
i have pictures of that as i did not disenchant them , i was playing the game like seven hours ago , i slept , went to work and while in work i open the game to find what i found.

during the last patch application, after i applied the patch last week , i also logged in to find lost cards:
1- n’zoth the corruptor
2-sylvanas windrider
3- emperor of …
4-flamewalker
and god know what else .

and again === > those cards if not crafted , were won in the naxramas event some very long time ago.
these are wild type cards that are not transferred to the standard because i don play except wild , and all players are still using them in the wild games.
after hardly believing that i disenchanted these cards last time , i am now 100000 % sure that i did not because of another bug that i found today after logging in and finding my cards lost .
i would appreciate any of the developers looking specificaly into this hence if not , good bye hearthstone , diablo 3 , not buying diablo 4 nor world of warcraft .

The cards you mention were all part of the special “Treasures from the Tomb” promotion, part of the overarching “Doom in the Tomb” event. This event started on October 9th, and all players were at that time given special versions of that card (looking the same as the normal, but coded differently internally), that were allowed in all decks (wild and standard). At that time, there were messages telling the players that these copies were given temporarily, and they would go away after the end of the event.
Those who still owned the original versions of these cards would see two copies of them after October 9, one uncraftable version and a normal version. That normal version could be disenchanted, but that would mean you’d be left without a copy after the end of the event. (But you would only see both copies if you looked at the “All Cards” version of your collection, you would see just the temporary if you looked at “Standard Cards”).
Those who never had these cards, or those who disenchanted them a few years back when they were no longer allowed in Standard mode, would see only the temporary copy.
On December 5, the Treasures from the Tomb event ended and the temporary copies of the cards were removed. The normal, permanent copies should still be in the collection of those who had them before the event (unless they disenchanted them during the event).
When you looked for the cards in your collection just now, did you set the expansion filter to “All Cards”? By default it is set to “Standard Cards”, so you wouldn’t see these cards regardless of whether you had them. (If you are not in the collection manager but in the deck builder, you have to change the deck type to Wild first).
While the above might perhaps explain the cards you list as missing last week, it does not explain the cards you miss today and still had yesterday.
For that, my suggestion is to log off and back on. Make sure you are on the correct account, and double check that you log on to the correct region.
If the cards are then still missing, open a ticket with customer support. Nobody on these forums has access to your account.

i have tried all the mentioned stuff …
logged in and out , checked the region and everything . nothing resolved my issue.
i requested a phone call with game master , we talked and conluded that i should come here and talk about the issue so that the developers might help . that is it nothing else is helping me .
None of these cards belong to Naxxramas. Do you have any proof that you had them? Screenshot, replay, anything?
Also screenshot of them ready for craft also would be fine.
Hi SSD , i recall that they are from nexramas event but iam not sure. non the less , iam sure that i own them .
okay let me tell you this , one thing is that flamewalker i crafted it newly , let us say two or three days maximum before the patch . why was it lost during the same period those other cards were lost .
the only picture i have is one that shows the tavern brawl of last week , which requires you build a deck from cards that you own . i put in it those cards that were lost and when you look at the picture you see those cards highlighted as lost so that i must replace them in order to continue .
Why would you be so stupid to craft a card you already have in your collection? It doesn’t sound beliveable.
It isn’t a proof. If you copy-paste a deck with cards you never had it will look exactly this way. What could be a proof is a screenshot of a game where you have a flamewalker on table and it had Black Rock watermark on it.
