So I was going through my collection because I wanted to start to play wild and noticed I didn’t have C’thun in there even though I played during the time everyone got him for free.
Somebody told me I should buy a pack, i did that but nothing happened after I opened it.
So I wanted to ask what the hell is going on and what to do?
If buying an Old Gods pack didn’t work, I am going to guess C’thun is bugged from the recent store pack update. Contact support and see if they can fix it.
Side note, C’thun is a pretty bad card so don’t feel obligated to spend too much resources building C’thun decks.

Maybe make sure your collection is displaying wild cards
you have to buy a pack from specific set
wispers of old gods set
then check your collection to also show wild cards.

Cthun are like lower tier of galakrond playstyle.
Is it a deck for fun? If it is, then go ahead.
Well I like the card so even though it might be “bad” it’s still fun to use and thus has a place in my collection

This seems like a bug. You should contact Blizzard. Other than that, make sure that you got a WotOG pack. If Blizzard won’t respond to you, just raise hell until they do. Constantly post in the Bug Reports section of the forums, keep making posts about it on HS reddit, etc.
The squeaky wheel gets the oil. Except in this case, the oil is a powerful many-eyed monsterous god and his overly devoted maniacal cult. 
You could always craft a Golden C’Thun too, but at that point, you should just craft N’Zoth.
