After purchasing the free gold card pack in the store, I did not actually receive it. Many players have reported this problem and hope to solve it.

I claimed my free 1 Golden Perils in Paradise Pack in the store on August 8, 2024, but I didn’t get a reward. The order number is Order #US1042730974
I get free Golden Pack (Paradise) in shop. But in Open Packs is empty.
I have failed to receive the gifted golden Perils in Paradise pack. After collecting it from the shop, it did not show up in the card opening section while disappeared from the shop in game.

Hi, i claimed the free gold pack from the featured screen on the shop (where golden Hearth Stonebrew was offered) and it never showed up in my pack opening screen. Has anyone else experienced this?

A free golden Perils In Paradise pack showed up in my shop but after I claimed it nothing showed up in my “Open Packs” tab.

So Blizzard i was supposed to get a golden pack that was free for all players and I never recieved it after i redeemed it, tried relogging in and restarting my client, no pack shows up in my pack collection and i would really like to get that pack it means alot to me and I hope that somehow I can get it, either through a global fix or directly from a gm if they grant me it

I thought I was the only one. I too did not receive the golden pack. Even tried buying one hoping it would be free but NO, they took the 400.
