I didn't receive my Battlegrounds pass after payment

I bought the Battlegrounds pass in-game but it’s still locked even though the payment went through. Even in transaction history it shows up as status “completed”. I tried the steps from Blizzard chat support concerning this issue, but all it said is to wait 3 days and it’s been close to a week now and still nothing. Has anyone had the same problem or knows a solution? Is there a way to reach someone from support directly?
