I didn't got a free Legendary card for reach Legendary rank

I use to reach Legendary rank back to 2018 and already got card back. After that i usually play casually that i didn’t try too climb to legend.

After reward track system (battle pass) arrive, I got achievement “Set the standard” that said already completed in 2018, but no achievement “Climbing the Ranks” which give a free Legendary card that I’m ok with it.

So Last month I climb to Legend again, and I got to Legend rank in 29 march 2021(at my time zone), but I have no legendary card when I got legend rank. I checked my achievement that show “Climbing the Ranks” achievement already complete back to 2018 too ?!?! and I have no legendary card ???!!! This happen after patch20.0 (Forged in the Barrens) release, so this is a bug or something ??

PS. and please fix reward chest that didn’t show properly + my own rank in friend list is wrong too. I show Wild Gold10, even i already reach Legend in standard

You only get a free legendary card for obtaining legend rank once.

Yes, I understand that we will get a legendary card only once we get legend rank.

But I think we have it after patch 19.0 which give a legendary card via achievement. I never reach legend after patch 19.0, and achievements “Claimb the rank” that give legendary card was never done.

I just reach Legend rank in 3 days ago, achievement “climb the rank” done, but no legendary card to claim.

Have you claimed the achievement Climbing the Ranks (10/10) under Game Modes - Ranked?

Click on the achievement and cycle through them.

I didn’t claim it.

When I reach Legend rank, I go to achievement section. It already claim by itself (chest icon already open) and said completed 2018/03/30 (that before patch 19.0 achievement system arrive)

I think the achievement screen only gives a legendary when claimed if you haven’t already gotten the free legendary prior to that patch.

I have had a similar problem where I hit legend before the achievement system and it didn’t award me the class legendary. It is bugged and said I unlocked it but I never redeemed it. It actually says I redeemed that quest in 2019, which is before the update even came out. I hope that there us some way to get the random legendary for the people that it glitched out on.
