Hello, I am a new player to hearthstone, and I am really enjoying the game. Although it seems that I have run into an issue that is not supposed to be intended regarding the free deck that I was supposed to get as a result of finishing ranks 40-1 of apprentice and finishing the new player quests. My brother has been playing hearthstone for a little while now and he recently got me into the game and built me a good deck to climb out of apprentice with. Yesterday I finally managed to get out of the apprentice ranks and unlocked standard play after grinding for the last 2 weeks. The main issue that I am having currently is that I have not received my free deck that I believe I was supposed to receive after climbing through apprentice. I would really appreciate it if you could help me with this problem because I was really looking forward to the free deck that new players are supposed to receive. Thank you.
