I did not play when it was released in 2014 so i am really looking forward to it.
I know it will have less rng and flashly cards that we currently have but i am exited to see the original meta.
Just to be clear all the cards from the original 2014 will be there in the new classic mode ?

Yes, but some may remain in their nerfed state is my understanding.

That is not the case, I believe.

The game state of the Classic format will be exactly as it was during June 2014 as of Patch 1.0.0.5832, albeit with the client updates and new ladder system.

This means that any card changes since that date will not take effect. Thus, Leeroy Jenkins will cost 4 Mana, for instance.

It also means that any card changes prior to that date will take effect. As such, Warsong Commander will only grant minions with 3 or less Attack Charge, for example.

The fact they are already rolling this out is a tad soon but maybe it is to see how many people are tired of the overpowered stuff they have to keep producing to out do the last set.

Kind of put them in a bad spot, i mean Dr boom and his 2 boom bots was the perfect powerful legendary

Dr Boom isnt B&C… How is he relevant?!?

And perfect power level? Run in every deck is not perfect power, just like Zilliax wasnt perfect power level.
Might not be OP, but way above the curve in both cases, in their respective metas.

RNG existed even back then boys & gals…

Sure it will be fun to play occasionally, but its a rose-tinted glasses format. 2 months is what it takes, on the high end, for the meta to become stale. How long do you think its gonna take while already knowing the “best decks”???

I think some people like this format and commend the developers for making it becuase now newer people can also experience this as well as some old players who are nostalgic.
I like all the changes they have made i dont see one thing i dont like.

This won’t happen. This is classic, Priest didn’t exist back then other than the Randoin Meme Deck. Its going to be Miracle Rogue, Zoo Lock, Hunter and Druid with 0 Mana Soul Fire, 4 mana Leeroy, 2 Mana Buzzard, Force with Charge again and Doomguard back.

I look forward to playing it, but it probably didn’t need to be an entire new mode, just a semi monthly brawl probably.
