After some time not playing this bug is still here! Why are they not fixing this? Do i need to give them some money?

do you mean you can’t start a run? or that you can’t draft new cards during a run after a loss? if the second, maybe you don’t know that you have to be playing underground arena to redraft cards (you unlock underground arena by playing like 7 matches of regular arena). Otherwise, if you’re bugged, i am sorry.
I am playing underground, i lose first game and where i should get “Draft new cards” i am seeing icon to spent 2 tickets, i click on that and if i do not have tickets i am prompted to buy them. https:/ /prnt.sc/HBbSPQN8P3pB
