since the last patch, I am unable to change gamemodes. I can only play ranked and I no longer have the opportunity to for example change to casual. The button to do so no longer exists. (Screenshot: https://imgur.com/EcFGwuB).
I already repaired the game and even un- and reinstalled it.
I have the same problem: all my heroes have 10lvl + i have rang silver 1 but i cant change gamemode + in shop no wild boosters ( sry for my english ) screenshot $https://ibb.co/ypNW8bv ( without $ )
I have the same problem, a week now I am looking for a solution but nothing.
The support just sent me hier.

I even crafted a wild card. Then when I went back to the play menu, there was a pop up telling me that I could “switch to wild here”. It pointed to a blank button that can’t be clicked on.
Oh I didn’t see the original screenshot. My button looks exactly like that.

Hey, i am from Europe and i have the same issue.
I’m now able to switch between formats, but the only cards available in the shop are standard. It also seems like the collection also isn’t working properly when trying to interact with non-standard cards.
Oh and I’ve just noticed that the symbol doesn’t actually change when I try to switch out of standard.
