I watched some youtube videos and followed their builds just for fun.
So, I made a deck with 6 secrets and then the first game was played against a deck with 2 Infiltrators which I literally jumped off my seat in shock.
The next deck was an Elwynn deck which I saw again on youtube and I thought it would be fun. Again, the first game was against a mage with 2 jellyfishes and 2 starfishes.
What is going on!? Com’on! What in the name of the Holy Mary is going on?

That’s just super unlucky. No one runs Infiltrator unless it was an SI:7 deck.

The game is rigged, simple as that. But you can stil have fun, just adapt.

I’m a high legend player. Believe me. It is rigged. You face counter decks. I have 10 seasons of experience. No one is unlucky as me if it’s are not rigged… Yes, I can have win streaks and skill is 10% of the game but you will still face direct counter decks. If you switch decks you meet other decks you have not met in 14 days. Pure counter decks that don’t stand a chance in the Meta… I believe it is because the skill gap between bad and good players would be to big and also give less skilled players a feeling of skill when they win just because of pure High roll/perfect curves…

Yet nobody can seem to prove it when asked to.

It’s like trying to prove the stock market is controlled by market makers. Bliz is a gigantic multibillion international corporation with more lawyers than all the flies in a cow barn.
It is perfectly normal that we can’t prove any of their shady practices.

if the game is rigged, then it would be rigged for all players. So you counter deck would only queue against its counter deck and so on and so on.
The fact that you are queueing in to decks that you dont counter is actually the proof that the games not rigged.
Unless you believe you’re so special they coded the game to be rigged against you only.

it is matchmaking system that pushes you to %50 winrate it happens all the time on ranked game. it will match you against counter decks if you reach certain winrate and it will use you as a counter measure too against opponents with high win rate. it happens alot.
Also for your knowledge even if the game is rigged to the core it is not even illegal so even if you guys somehow prove that the game is rigged nothing will happen.

Please don’t take what I’m about to say seriously. Listen to it as if it is a joke.
- The system has a way to scan through spending history and then match accordingly.
- Famous streamers’ accounts are buffed to the moon because Bliz needs them for free advetisment and incite people to play more.
Funny jokes. I’m making them up. They are not true of course.

I’m not saying the game is rigged but it is interesting how things operate. One of the best decks I ever home made is a priest deck I have now that went 12-0 out of the gate and now it will win 1 game and lose the next 4 to 5 games in a row. Also I built a few decks that had the cards that either steal secrets or destroy them and guess what I never get paired against a mage ever. I had the longest game of my life yesterday against a mage and it was 49 minutes long and the mage somehow was just able to wipe the board over and over and had what seemed like endless supply of cards. I lost but it was a great time. I would love to hear others stories of how long your matches were.
That.
I mean how many times have you mulligan the same cards? People are just too tired to raise any suspicions. Nobody bothers anymore.

Depends on what type of proof you want ?
On top of that, Starfish isn’t even a counter.
It’s not an easy deck to play. I haven’t played the current version much, but last year I faced tons of Mages and quickly learned to not play a boar I couldn’t kill myself. Even if Jellyfishes aren’t popular, Mages can easily discover them.
And if you aren’t aware, a Boar is only worth silencing after 6 have already died.
6 dead Boars is the exact same thing as 6 dead silenced boars.

If you saw SI:7 infiltrator two times while you were using a secret based deck, then I am more than convinced the game is rigged.
Who even plays that card? It was weak even when secrets were meta
I also believe the matchmaking isn’t independent from the deck I play; not in every game and not always against me, but from time to time I can tell the matchmaking is trollish (no, I can’t prove and also no, I don’t need to prove it because I am not trying to convince anyone of what I am saying)

weird!!! NO MATTER WHAT DECK I PLAY i face ALOT of big spell mages or mech mages literally half the ladder is big spell mages. the other half is thief rogue or prestor druids. and and lately i see alot of priests trying that elwynn boar stupidity! not sure why anyone would play a priest when EVERY decks run silence in the form of a starfish
oh and many decks use weapon removal too cause its a tradable card. to be fair im only playing between d5 and low legend maybe its another story at higher ranks?
well .au is australia? its as bad as where i live in canada! dont take your overreaching gov as an example LOL
