The increased spell damage from celestial shot is not being applied properly to the explosion traps.
Secrets behave differently than other spells
The effect of the spell can be resumed to “equip a secret”
The equipped secret will benefit from the spell damage that is present on your board at the moment it will trigger, but cannot be enchanted with spell damage the moment it’s being cast, since casting the secret and triggering it are separate instances

Celestial Shot only works with spells that deal damage right now.
If you cast a spell that doesn’t deal damage at all (such as The Coin), or a spell that deals damage later (such as Explosive Trap), the effect is wasted.
That’s just how it works.
