It is not. Hacks should not be reported by public shaming other players in the forums. Please remove the name of your opponent from your original post and check this post on how to properly report hacks:
That being said, on top of BrknSoul’s post and Infinium’s link, also have a look at this video, where HysteriA has 38 triples in a game. The round I am linking to has 8-9 triples (sorry, I lost count, not going to go frame by frame to make sure), with plenty of time spent not making triples, so if one is lucky with the cards in the tavern, 12 in a round does not sound out of the realm of possibilities, even without the extreme example from Infinium’s link:
