I don’t see any Wild options in the shop for purchase on another account I just made last week. Is Wild only unlocked in the shop after you already own something Wild?
Wild is unlocked after you get out of Apprentice league and reach Bronze.

Thanks for that bit. I didn’t find it anywhere. I read something about rank 25, but I’m already rank 25 and don’t see the options, nor the distinction from being out of apprentice. I did dig a little deeper and found you can buy directly from the website, but only at rank 25. I guess I have a bunch more ranks to go from there. Thanks.
The references to rank 25 are outdated. In April this year, the ranked system was reworked.
Before April, you had “new player ranks” (50 - 26) and the normal ranks (25 to 1 and legendary). In those days, reaching rank 25 unlocked Wild.
But now, you have “apprentice ranks” (40 - 1) and the normal ranks (bronze 10-1, silver 10-1, gold 10-1, platinum10 - 1, and diamond 10-1; and legendary). Now you unlock Wild by leaving the apprentice ranks and making bronze 10.
If you are impatient, you can decide to skip the apprentice ranks. But doing so will also forfeit the rewards you get by levelling normally through those ranks: a total of 25 packs (3 every 5 ranks, and 4 at the end).

Yes, the web shop descriptions are outdated. It should say Bronze 10.
Knowing this would confuse players, I sent tickets and bug reports to Blizzard, and they still haven’t fixed it.
Well, looks like it’s fixed. Finally! I sent a Twitter DM to Celestalon last week and maybe it’s seen (can’t tell) but the shop says Bronze 10 now for Wild content.
