How do we add our last opponent?
On computer you click on the friends tab located more or less at the bottom left corner of the screen, you then click on “add friends” and then on “last played”
On phone I have no idea, sorry.
Same thing on mobile.

Anyone got yelled at after accepting a “friendly” invite?
Hearthstone itself doesn’t have a report feature. But if s/o “befriends” you to swear/threaten via chat, you can use the chat function of the Battlenet client on PC or Mac: The chat message remains visible there even if he/she “unfriends” you directly afterwards. Just right-click on the name and use the report function.
This should work retroactively, too. When it happened while you’re on a mobile device, start your desktop / notebook of choice(*), fire up Battlenet and open the chat.
Windows or macOS, AFAIK no support for Linux, Windows RT or other OS’es.
