This is a game we’re paying money for, and so when we have ongoing issues, it seems fair to expect some kind of support in some way from the people we’re paying.
This is ridiculous. I would just like to figure out if there’s some easy way to fix something if I am doing something wrong, or some assurance that there’s something being worked on in dev so that issues will be fixed eventually.
Yeah, but this is not about email or payment issues. It’s about a bug or game issue that they’re ignoring here.

Well then, hopefully they will get to the literally hundreds of posts under numerous threads about the hero skin not being given by the rewards track.
It’s trivial for me since I just wanted badly to replace my Jaina finally after years of missing other opportunities. But for the players -again, very many -who can’t access the game at all since it locked up at the hero skin are probably more annoyed.
It’s not something other players can help with. One thread alone has 170+ players responding to this issue.
It’s also not what I’m doing wrong, or anyone else.
I get that they can’t just fix it instantly. But a little feedback would be great.
