to be fair, that’s because its in the wrong class. If this was Neutral or even just Warlock it’d be beyond busted, but in priest it’s hard to abuse and in DH it’s mid
Unless I Voljin those stats onto my own 1/1 and smack them in the face for 5 
It’s obviously not 3mana 4/5…
But it aligns with how current designers enables a 3 mana 4/5 to see play.
