How many star/rank are lost at the end of a season these days?

Title basically. I hadn’t played for a while, and I know the ladder has changed a couple times since I last did ranked seriously (Witchwood). I climbed through 25 to 15, and I just wanna chill in this bracket for a while, so I would like to know what rank or how many stars I need to get to stay in this bracket for next season. Climbing any further while rogue is so powerful feels cheap (not a slight to anyone who does it, but I would rather reach legend with malygos rogue, anyway, so climbing means nothing to me until I get some more tools for that).

So, if you guys could help a guy stay out of a bracket where people are still trying to build up their collection, so I don’t have to ruin their days, I would appreciate it.

no fixed number of stars. It just - 4 rank. So if your highest isi 15 1 stars you go to 19 1 stars, if its 13 2 stars you go to 17 2 stars etc.

4 ranks you lose.

Also don’t try to climb too seriously past one rank floor I would recommend as you just get burnt out. One floor each season as a goal, then play whatever you want :grin:

I mean, you aren’t wrong. I just wanna find a nice cozy spot where I can chill with people that have complete collections. I can’t stand myself when I have to murder some guy who just dropped a river crocolisk. Anyway, I will probably try to hit 11, so I can stay in this bracket, thank you.

If you are already 11. Why not hit 10 for the better reward. Drop to 14 thereafter.

Because I am not into infinite regression lol. I guarantee you if I don’t set a concrete goal for myself, I won’t be satisfied until I win some tournament somewhere. Well, I am 10, might as well hit 6 to stay in this bracket. Did I say 6? Why not 5. Well, since I am here, if I get to rank one I don’t have to do anything to get my golden epic next season. Oooh legend card back looks cool. Why don’t I just hit one since I am here? And, at any point of time, if I get stuck, I will get frustrated. So, just personal preference to set a nice cozy goal, and dedicate the rest of my time to malygos rogue in custom games.
