New player here. Just wondering how many packs should I buy to get the decks that’s better than the starting decks and the loaner one I’m currently using?
And by better decks, I mean there was a rogue deck that was robots played by +deleted+ and the mage deck played by +deleted+Those decks were pretty good.
Edit: friend told me to remove players names. It’s against ToS. Whooops.

There’s no good answer to that question. If you are new, you shouldn’t try to have all of the cards. Choose a class & concentrate on just the class cards & the neutrals.
I recommend that you don’t buy any until the next expansion launches. Then buy as many as you can with the gold that you have. After this initial buy, don’t spend any more, so that when the mini-set launches you will have the 2000 gold to purchase it. Then start saving again until the next expansion.
You’re not buying decks, you’re buying cards. You can find deck lists on-line or in the Collection Manager. You may have to craft cards, so you may need to dust cards, so you can do that. I always dust the Legendary’s from classes I know I won’t play if I find that I need more dust.
Hey we got the same name! Cool!
Thanks for replying and I wish I read it sooner before spending $250 on the latest packs.
Oops. I’ll just do what you suggested and dust all cards that don’t look to be used.
No, don’t rush to dust anything!
Only dust if it’s necessary.
On the other hand, my model was for f2p which clearly doesn’t apply to you.
Aside: I choose Mountaineer because I live in West Virginia.
I would save some gold for after the upcoming expansion too as catch-up packs are coming back and there may be a bundle for it that can be bought with gold (or $$). 1500-2000 should be enough.
Catch-up packs are incredible as they can contain up to 50 cards in a pack, depending on the size of your existing collection.

Sounds like you’ve already spent quite a bit, but I would recommend the Tavern Pass. I think it’s the best bang for your buck.

He didn’t spend that much he actually listened to advice and wanted to thank everyone who helped and answered him. Unfortunately, he was falsely reported and given a permaban from the forums.
Dont waste your money with this greedy company
