How many characters do you play?

Hey all,

Just curious, how many characters or archetypes do you focus on? Im mainly a F2P player so obviously having a deck for each class isnt that easy. I try to have a few good decks from about 3 different heroes.

Typically I run Rogue/Mage/Druid. Im interested in the current warrior/priest builds so its so tempting to bust open some packs with cash.

I‘m also F2P. But since I started in beta and stayed with the game for more than 6 years now my collection is somehow decent. Also only playing wild.
I‘m not looking for good decks. Playing with the meta bores me. Do not care that much on winning the games. I‘m looking for interesting decks. It‘s sometimes hard to find decks I like for Demon Hunter, Shaman, Paladin and Mage.

interesting… may i ask why to only focus on on class? I have the most fun with rogue/mage… so sometimes i ask myself as to why even bother with the rest of them

All but DH and Warrior.

My only hunter deck is quest hunter. I dont just smorc face!

Fav deck right now is that evil turtle mage as I am a terrible person that wants to make you suffer.

All time fav is wild odd mech paladin with 2 witch cauldron

RIP Cauldron. The best fun card ever made.

Being mostly f2p I tend to want to master one thing before I spread the love abroad. If ranking was my focus then I’d be mixing it up but I like to see where my mage is at each season. This particular season is golden so far tho struggling at g10 given its early, have to say mage is getting love for a change

All of them. I dont really have a favorite right now. Ive been losing on all of them equally.

Depends. I play wild only. Atm I play Druid, Mage, Warlock. I like playing other classes as well.

Since Old Gods i mainly play priest AND no not resurect priest bummer to know that even a priest main doesnt like some of the priest decks shocker i know…

Playing some rouge from time to time but kinda bores me realy fast unlike priest.

I play on hard mode so only shaman.

Always depend on what I open so it varies between metas. I currently play mage, warlock and warrior, but in the past, i have played every class except rogue because I never opened the nice rogue cards (not because I dont like the class). I play wild only as I dont spend enough to have viable standard decks.

I create decks based on the resources I have as I am reluctant to craft cards (now sitting on 28k dust).

You have to play what you have and I’ve been done paying money for this nonsense beginning when wild removed all my cards from standard. (I have a long memory :))

All, created f2p accounts one for each class, except my main account which is rogue and priest, the main is the only where I sometimes focus on ranking, but for now I just try to hit legend on last day of month and focus on bg’s

All of them. This game would get boring real quick if I only played a couple of the heroes

I pretty much exclusively play rogue, but I’m a weirdo and the class portraits and thematics REALLY influence how much I play a class (I pretty much only play really rubbish, very thematic decks). I’ve been playing Paladin for the first time in yeeeears simply because it’s finally got a proper ‘paladin feel’ now.

I’m not F2P, but I only play one class. $50 dollars every 3 months for a game is already stupid expensive, but I’m not dropping another $100 to get more packs so I can have decent decks for all the classes. So back when I started I picked a class and just stick with it, and usually have plenty of dust to make just about anything I want for it.
It just sucks when the class you play sucks and blizzard won’t do anything to fix it.

How do you link a deck, the deck not a post?

The forum can’t automatically translate a deck code into a deck list, so the only way to show decks is to post the actual list of cards.

If you want to link a deck you built using an online deck building site, you have two options:

  1. If you used the deck builder in the Hearthstone website, just paste the URL provided by the deck builder.

  2. If you used a deck builder from some other site, like Hearthstone Top Decks, you won’t be able to post a direct link unless you have Trust Level 3 (which you probably don’t have). To get around this, just paste the URL using the Preformatted text tags (the </> button on your formatting bar).
