Mini sets are known for their short attention spans, so you should avoid telling them for too long. Conciseness is key; preparation is advised.
They’ve just announced the next heroic tavern brawl. They are used as a gold sink before releasing the miniset.

(Yes. Nothing about the definition of cynicism implies cynicism is necessarily false.)
I got no answer from the dictionary.
It says cynicism is an inclination to believe others are purely motivated by self-interest (I don’t like this definition, because it suggests that everyone should be cynical because everyone is purely motivated by self-interest).
If we know they’re putting out Heroic Brawl right before the mini-set, and if we know it’s a gold sink, then it should be anyone’s logical conclusion that it’s a gold sink made to sink gold for the mini-set to earn more money from sales xD
Therefore, it doesn’t take a cynical person to conclude that.
But I guess it can still be a cynical conclusion, either way.
