How long do patches normally lag behind on the phones from the computer release?
I’m having the same issue.
The Appstore is probably finalizing the patch notes before it’s released public. This happens all the time. Just wait an hour or two and you should be fine. May not even take that long.
Android & iOS version are usually a couple of hours to a day behind the PC version depending on how fast Google and Apple work on getting the patch through their internal procedures.

In my Google Play Store, the details of the update are there as though the application were updated.
I think Google Play has to screen the Android device compatibilities which takes it time even though the update screen shows the same stuff.
