How is sludge warlock still not nerfed?

It’s been a long time I havent seen a OP control deck that can easily otk you by turn 6 and 7.

How is the sludge spell still not nerfed ??

there are at least three things wrong with what you said here, and considering how short it is, that’s an impressive density

It’s not a control deck.
It can’t OTK you easily.
It can’t win by turn 6, unless you sit there and do almost nothing like a goldfish.

The only thing left in the game are burn decks. Nerf sludge warlock and everyone will play beetle druid… or astalor/odyn warrior… or even go back to sif mage so on and so forth.

They’ve painted themselves in a corner with their card design to where only burn decks can survive in the game.

As for the first part, it’s not a control deck, his second point is relevant though as it can somewhat otk you if enough sludges are bottom deck. As for his third statement, I have died by turn 4 to sludge warlock where I only got to play 3 cards before I lost the match, so turn 6 lethal is not too uncommon.

If Blizz really want more variety, they can analyze which cards NEVER gets played, and then buff those slightly. Then they see which cards go into every deck, then nerf those slightly. Balance it right, and there will be a lot more viable cards and more viable decks. The repeat if cards still dont get played, or played too often.

They will have to do it in a much larger scale that what they are doing now.

Yeah, what slight buff would you suggest to make Magma Rager playable?!?

This part is very wrong. Turn 6 kills are quite common with it if it has a card to play on 1 and 2, and hits forge of wills - waste remover on 3 and 4.

Chaos creation on 6 seals the deal often.

Bonus points if turn 2 is a coined sludge on wheels.

The 2 times I fought a lock that coined sludges on wheel I lost on turn 6 lol

Because if it wasn’t for solitaire decks, most of these scrubs would never win a game and the devs know it. They’re trying to keep the lowest common denominator of the gaming community engaged and spending money

At least a few of these devs play so they see the same things we’re seeing. Which means that they’re avoiding solving these problems for a reason

This is why the target for change in that deck should be the Sludge on Wheels. It provides too much for it’s cost. Either change the health or make it cost 4 and mess with the curve.

Now that’s delicious!! I assume all the Sludges eaten by the Chaos Creation trigger after the Minion is summoned and get the Spell Damage buff, yes? Looks like it’d make for a great Trolden clip.

You assume correct, getting hit with 5 seven dmg sludges was so much fun.

Plus the 6 from the Chaos Creation. And I guess for some reason you had no other minions on board to absorb some Sludge damage? Either way, definitely Trolden worthy (if you have a video of it).

Yes, this is correct, but their monetization method forbids that. If they nerf, they have to refund, and they’ll suffer a loss.

They can correct this by selling card sets that are not disenchantable, but paid with a fixed price so that they can micro-adjust them every week.

People crying because of sludge warlock while mech rogue can kill you on turn 5 with stealth 7/7 minion with no counterplay…insane community

They should not buff cards a month before the annual rotation.

I had two but still took 27 from it to face after two of em absorbed the dludges.

Edit: wish I had video but mobile player

Tell you friend give magna reborn. Or can die only to precisely one damage only, or reduce cost by one or two…

This deck make me miss the old meta tyrants like jade druid and midrange shaman.

They look like pathetic in comparison, how this abomination don’t is nerfed is beyond me.

Not even prenerf quest rogue looks so bad like this one.

Seriously, this deck is 1 mana 2/1 battlecry give 4 damage, 2 manas 3/2 battlecry give 8 damage, 3 manas 2/5 rush battlecry give 16 damage.

How this absurd even exists make me wonder what is going on?
