How does time zone work for season end?

Does season end on month end using local time zone?

If so, does New York season ends sooner than San Francisco? Tokyo ends sooner than San Francisco?

I can see the messy situation if they don’t all end on the same time though. So how does it work anyone knows?

There are three regions: Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific.

Asia ends first then Europe and Americas last.

For everyone playing in same region season ends at the same time. It does not matter where you are.

Americas Region runs on West Coast US time, which is GMT -8 currently.

Game is organized in servers of the same region and the Americas are all in the same one. PS The others are Asia and Europe and China.

PS China is probably even in a completely different datacenter (possibly forced to reside inside China itself).

You can’t choose China in the battle net I have.
