You pretty much cannot at this point because of what it was tied to when it was made available.
This. According to a recent Q&A session we can “hope” for an announcement by the end of the year for her to be made available to those who missed out, but dont bank on it. We got the same spiel 2 years ago.
Tyrande was only obtainable as part of a promotion when Twitch Prime first launched.
She’s no longer available.
What I don’t agree with was the fact that the promotion was only available to people in certain countries.
