I played on my Older Brothers account the past year and loved Hearthstone that I finally made my own account. Though since I am a college student but would love to support Hearthstone. With the situation of the Virus with me losing my job. I can not. I would love get Kadgar, Lady Vashj Naga Shaman Hero, and Lunara for the three I want most. Since I need to put my priorities on my college and other things. Though say when September roles around and one of these heroes comes. I would buy it since I love hearthstone and would love to support them when I can.

Khadgar was available for $10 a month or so back (February 26 2020 - March 4 2020)
Lady Vashj is currently available in the $80 Ashes of Outland Mega Bundle.
Lunara was available for anyone who completed 10 Standard games in the Year of the Raven (April 12 2018 - April 9 2019 approx.)
Blizzard do seem to be open to making unavailable heroes available once again, however you will likely need to wait a couple of years. Khadgar was first available via a special promotion in 2016 and only came back 4 years later.
I wouldn’t worry too much about getting alternative portraits. All the default ones are iconic characters to play with.
They should be available again at some point.
