Just today hearthstone started causing my CPU temps to rise drastically. Normally temps are at around 60C, but now it reaches 90C. Ive tested with other games and this problem hasn’t recurred.
Been noticing this recently myself. Maxing out my CPU used % (a 12th gen i5) and raising its temp to 90 C. No other game comes close to doing this.
