so … doing normal mi’da I see a bunch of red and blue void themed trash mobs on the climb, and no green, which I assume is because of the boss battle … but the point is the trash mobs are void themed in normal … in heroic, I don’t believe I saw a single void themed mob on the entire climb … in fact all I saw were alterac themed mobs … I feel like this is a copy/paste bug in the data somewhere?
I echo that, someone seems to have copied Alterac trash to the Heroic Mi’da climb…
Let’s see how long it will take for Blizzard to fix this…
Thankfully, whatever made the mi’da bounty crash earlier today with the patch was fixed … however, the mobs were not converted to what they are in normal still.
Let me bump this, the bug still not having been fixed… Unless, of course, Alterac trash mobs, which are notoriously unforgiving for many climbing compositions (I have found the holy + human core to be the only one that I’m entirely comfortable with, since it can do practically any encounter more or less safely or at least consistently… For virtually any other party that I’ve tried, there is some combination of ordinary mobs that is actually dangerous, i.e. capable of killing a merc ), are what is supposed to make the bounty ‘heroic’, adding extra difficulty. It that were the case, it would be nice if that were documented, though.
Looks like it’s finally been fixed in 24.0? I haven’t looked into it in detail (there’s no need for coins associated with this bounty for me anymore, although it could be interesting to test the bounty for bugs sometime, perhaps), but at least the first node on the map contained some void mobs, not the ones from Alterac, when I opened it.
